Facial Rollers

Consistent, gentle facial rolling with a roller or a gua sha stone can move trapped lymphatic fluid, which is the primary cause of unwanted puffiness, especially in our high-elevation areas.

Steph's choice of roller has two heads that are angled for gentle tension - to effectively reduce puffiness. Always use an oil or moisturize before use, and move the tool "up & outwards" on the face.

Tone
Vitamin C

A potent vitamin C serum (*if your skin can handle it) can brighten up dull spots and remove pigmentation before your very eyes. For Steph personally, spots lift and flake off after 1-3 uses after her go-to potion.

*Don't use with water or wet hands.

A word of warning, you'll be obsessed.

Brighten
Sunscreen

Bride-to-be's have to, have to, have to! wear sunscreen leading up to their big day. Otherwise, what are you working so hard on your beauty prep for?

Tinted sunscreens minimize the need to layer products for daily usage and brides on the go. Steph recommends foregoing the tinted version for clear to layer underneath the wedding day makeup.

Protect
Exfoliation

Regular, gentle exfoliation via chemical (not physical like gritty cleansers) is Steph's choice for balancing and clarifying uneven skin.

If you feel your skin is congested, flaky, oily in some areas and not others-- a good pH-balancing toner like Biologique's or Dr. Dennis Gross's toning pads are a great solution. Use 1-3x weekly and slowly work your way up to increase usage.
